- Posting illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening content.
- Sharing third-party personal information without consent.
- Using Scubbl for spam, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial activities.
- Bypassing security measures, probing, or disrupting servers.
- Impersonating another person or manipulating rating systems.
Moderation and sanctions
We may remove any content violating these terms, suspend or terminate an account in case of breach, and report illegal activities to competent authorities. A reporting feature allows users to alert the moderation team.
Intellectual property
You keep rights to the content you publish. By posting on Scubbl, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license allowing display within the platform and in communications promoting the service. Scubbl trademarks, logos, and visual assets remain our exclusive property.
Liability
Scubbl is a community service. Information published by users (e.g., dive conditions, spots, reviews) does not replace official recommendations from authorities or dive centers. Diving involves risks: you remain solely responsible for your choices and safety. To the extent permitted by law, Scubbl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Service evolution
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time for technical, legal, or security reasons. We will inform users when a change materially affects their rights or access to the service.
