Scubbl Pro tutorial

Create, preview, and publish your Scubbl Pro club profile

Five steps to access your pro space, complete your club profile, activate visibility, and manage your team.

Each step includes an info button that opens an app screenshot.

1. Access Scubbl Pro

From the Scubbl app, open Settings, then tap Scubbl Pro in the Subscriptions section. You will access the space dedicated to dive clubs. This space lets you create your club profile, complete it, and activate its visibility in the app.

  • Open Settings in the Scubbl app.
  • Tap Scubbl Pro in the Subscriptions section.
  • Use the dedicated space to create, complete, and prepare the visibility of your club profile.

2. Create your club profile

Start by tapping Create my club. The club profile centralizes all the important information about your organization and serves as the official presentation page for divers who discover your club on Scubbl.

  • Cover image: add a clear, professional image of your club, boat, team, or diving environment.
  • Club name and description: enter the official name, your atmosphere, specialties, activities, and what makes you different.
  • GPS location and address: place your club precisely on the map, and add the full address or main meeting point.
  • Phone and contact: enter a phone number.
  • Spoken languages: indicate the languages in which you can welcome divers.
  • Team publishing rules: define who can publish in your club.
  • Social networks and opening hours: add Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or your website, along with opening days and hours.

3. Preview your profile

Once the profile is created, it is not yet publicly visible in the app. It is only visible to you and to the people authorized to manage the club, so you can check the rendering, review the information, and edit anything that needs adjusting.

  • Check the image quality, description, GPS position, contact details, opening hours, languages, links, and practical information.
  • When everything is ready, you can move on to the next step.

4. Activate visibility with Scubbl Pro

To make your club visible to divers in the app, you need to activate Scubbl Pro. The subscription unlocks the public visibility of your club profile so your organization appears in Scubbl and can be discovered by the community.

  • You create and complete your club profile.
  • You activate Scubbl Pro to make the profile visible.

5. Manage your club after creation

Once your profile is created, open your club profile, then go to the club settings. From this space, you can manage several important elements.

  • Invite team members: divemasters, instructors, guides, reception managers, communications managers, or other collaborators.
  • Assign roles: club manager, divemaster, guide, communications manager, trip manager, or team member.
  • Manage proposed sites: regular sites, favorite spots, wrecks, reefs, marine reserves, snorkeling areas, and sites suited to beginners or experienced divers.
  • Associating your club with the right sites improves your visibility in Scubbl and better connects your organization to the destinations and spots available in the app.
